File setup

  • Use CMYK for four-colour printing. Any Pantone colours are agreed before delivery.

Sleeves and inner sleeves

  • Choose the exact template for a single sleeve, gatefold, inner sleeve, insert, obi or any other element.
  • Mark front, back, spine and inner faces clearly where they apply.
  • Finishes, dies, special papers and non-standard work are settled in the quote.

Export and delivery

  • Export with the settings given in the AFG template.
  • Put the catalogue number in every file name.
  • Send an upload link, WeTransfer or Dropbox, to info@afgmediacompany.com.
  • Put the catalogue number, the label, the quantity and the title in the email subject.

One template per element

The suppliers’ own dies, redrawn by AFG on the original page at the original measurements. Every template uses one line code and dimensions measured off the drawing, with the AFG title strip.
