Data you send
The contact form and the configurator prepare an email in your own mail program. We receive it only when you decide to send it. The email may contain the information you entered: name, email, label or company, phone, country, catalogue number, record specifications, notes and shipping details.
Images loaded into the configurator to preview a label or a sleeve are processed in the browser and are not attached to the request.
Why we use it and for how long
We use this data to answer the enquiry, prepare the quote and, if you confirm the order, run its production, invoicing and delivery. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request and, for confirmed orders, performance of the contract and legal obligations.
To run the site, the email and the order, we may use technical suppliers or disclose data where the law and the performance of the contract require it.
Enquiries are kept for as long as is needed to handle them; order data stays available for the applicable administrative, accounting and legal obligations.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing where that applies. You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses no analytics, no profiling cookies, no advertising cookies and no other tools that measure or follow browsing. That is why no consent banner is shown.
The configurator keeps your choices in the page address, so a configuration can be resumed or shared. If you also fill in personal details or shipping addresses, do not share that link with anyone who should not receive them.
